The signing of the contract means: with the order of key equipment, 4,500M3/h cutter suction dredger project have a substantial advance.
   The second signing is the research cooperation agreement between Haixin HI and Shanghai Jiaotong University. The signing of the agreement, further deepened Haixin HI the long-term friendly relationship and cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University.
